More than 100 people attended an annual party staged by Sheffield charity St Wilfrid’s.

More than 100 people attended an annual party staged by Sheffield charity St Wilfrid’s.

The crowds enjoyed Christmas dinner and entertainment at the centre for homeless and vulnerable people.

Several dignitaries and VIPs attended, including Sheffield United manager Nigel Clough, Sheffield Council leader Julie Dore and Lord Mayor of Sheffield Coun Peter Rippon.

Coun Dore described it as ‘the best party in town’.

Sports awards and merit prizes, who people attending the centre who have made remarkable progress, were also handed out.
