Sheffield pupils make public pieces for Fairtrade awareness

A group of students helped celebrate Fairtrade Fortnight by pitching in to build installations from recycled packaging at Sheffield Winter Garden.

Artist Naomi Gordon worked with Year Six pupils from St Thomas of Canterbury School, Meadowhead, to create various pieces including Fairtrade banana statues as tall as themselves and the word Fairtrade made from old packaging.
