Budding Sheffield MPs will this month face one of their first public grillings ahead of the next general election.
Those standing in Sheffield Central and Sheffield Hallam wards will face questions on climate change, the environment and energy security at the event organised by the Sheffield Climate Alliance and Sheffield University’s People and Planet group.
Current MPs for those wards are Liberal Democrat Nick Clegg, for Hallam, and Labour’s Paul Blomfield, for Central.
Four candidates have so far confirmed their attendance at the event at the Hicks lecture theatre one, at the university, on Thursday December 11 from 7pm.
People are also invited to send in their questions for candidates to email@example.com or tweet #ShefCCHustings
