A man has been arrested after police seized a handgun, suspected heroin and crack cocaine and thousands of pounds in cash from his Sheffield home.
Officers raided Marcus Jarrett's home on Endcliffe Vale Road on Monday, April 24, before arresting and charging the 24-year-old.
During the raid, officers recovered a firearm, between £8,000 to £10,000 in cash and around 1.5kg of suspected class A drugs.
Marcus Jarrett, 25, of Endcliffe Vale Road, was arrested the same day and later charged with possession of a firearm, possession with intent to supply class A drugs and possession of criminal property.
He appeared at Sheffield Magistrates’ Court yesterday and was remanded into custody until his next appearance at Sheffield Crown Court on Tuesday, May 30.
