A YOUNG Sheffield hockey star took part in an Olympic masterclass with coaches from Team GB.
Emma Bray, aged 14, a pupil at Worksop College, was one of five outstanding players from the school to attend the event at Beeston Hockey Club in Nottingham.
They worked with GB’s trio of coaches Barry Middleton, Alex Danson and Ashley Jackson.
Also at the camp was Dutch specialist Taeke Taekema, Germany’s Mo Furste and Dutch women’s coach Max Caldas.
The students worked in small groups and the players were rotated around the different experts who demonstrated and coached them through their specific skills.
