LAWYERS in Sheffield are urging dementia sufferers to seek legal advice in the early stages of the condition.
Irwin Mitchell experts say preparing a will and keeping it updated, plus using a lasting power of attorney, could save heartache in future years.
The firm has worked on many related cases – including helping one dementia sufferer’s husband gain access to her finances to make sure her care was paid for.
It is also supporting Dementia Awareness Week.
