A teenager who was hit by a car on his way to school is in hospital being treated for serious injuries.
The 15-year-old boy was taken to hospital following the crash in Maltby, Rotherham, yesterday.
He was on his way to school at around 8.25am when he was in collision with a black Mini Cooper, being driven by a 26-year-old woman from Maltby, on High Street.
Police are urging witnesses to the collision, which took place opposite the Full Life Church, to come forward.
