A MARTIAL arts master took time out from her training schedule to visit sick children.
Doncaster World Taekwondo Champion Sarah Stevenson met patients and families on a tour of Bluebell Wood Children’s Hospice, North Anston.
Sarah, who read the athletes’ oath at the London Olympics, showed off her medals to youngsters.
The 29-year-old said: “I was really excited to come and visit the hospice and it was amazing to see all the facilities it houses and to meet the children.
“It was a very humbling experience and I was very inspired by the children I met.”
