Students taught to cook at Rotherham fire station put their new skills to the test to prepare a meal for firefighters.
The youngsters, from Rotherham College of Arts and Technology, attended an eight week course at the station for cookery classes from a Rotherham Catering College chef.
They were taught how to cook on a budget.
Participants were also given home fire safety advice during their time at the station.
Crew Manager Gary Bruce said: “This course gave these young people the skills to create healthy nutritional meals to help them live a healthy lifestyle.”
