Brainboxes from a South Yorkshire rotary club beat competition from 49 other clubs to win a quiz competition.
Members of Barnsley Rockley Rotary Club took the title at the Rotary District 1270 district quiz event.
Stephen Woodcock, from Rockley club, said: “It is the second time in four years that we have won this competition, the previous occasion being in 2010.
“The winners’ trophy will be presented to the club at the Rotary District 1270 Annual Conference in Lincoln later this year.”
Rounds of the quiz competition started in November and the contest climaxed with the final at The Royal Hotel in Scunthorpe.
Rockley was against Scunthorpe, South Cave and Wolds and Grimsby in the final.
