WORK due to take place on Dodworth Road, Barnsley this week has been cancelled due to adverse weather conditions.
The planned one-way temporary traffic restriction will now be in place from Monday, February 18, for about five weeks.
The one-way restriction will allow traffic to travel from opposite the junction with Lancaster Street towards the Townend roundabout only.
A diversion will be in place along Westway, Sheffield Road, Park Road, Keresforth Hill Road and Broadway.
During this period, Lancaster Street in Barnsley will also be closed from the junction with Dodworth Road.
A diversion will be in place along Alma Street and Dodworth Road.
