DETAILS have been revealed of roadworks which will affect routes around Sheffield in the coming days - with projects including maintenance, utility works and tram track replacement.
From tomorrow, there are stop-go boards on Brocco Bank, Hunters Bar, after 7pm, and traffic lights on Granville Road, in the city centre, from 9.30am until 3.30pm. Also from tomorrow until Friday, Mansfield Road, Intake, has temporary stop and go boards at the junction with Foxwood Road for telecoms work.
Dungworth Green is temporarily closed between Main Road and Storrs Green for work on a new gas supply, from tomorrow to Thursday.
Haymarket and Waingate are temporarily closed for resurfacing from 7pm and 5am between tomorrow and Saturday - although Waingate downhill towards The Wicker will remain open.
Moonshine Lane, Southey, and Station Road, Woodhouse, have temporary traffic controls for maintenance work at off-peak times from tomorrow until Thursday.
Meanwhile, a long-term gas main project means temporary lights from tomorrow until July 22 on Station Road, Chapeltown.
From Wednesday to Friday, Woodhouse Lane has stop-go boards for telecoms work, and from Wednesday until Thursday, June 9, there will be signals on Longley Lane, Longley, for maintenance work.
Ben Lane, Wisewood, has temporary signals on Thursday and Friday evenings for water works, while Southey Hill, Southey, has stop-go boards for telecoms work on Friday.
