Sheffield people are being urged to keep an eye out for this bike - which is needed for a cycling competition.
Denise Bayliss is appealing for help to trace her rare Hotta T bike, which is worth thousands of pounds.
It was stolen from a friend’s house in Chesterfield on Friday, August 1, along with several other bikes, but police believe it could be in Sheffield.
The bike was to be used by a member of a Sheffield women’s cycling group in a national 10 mile time trial on August 30.
Team manager Denise, of Grenoside, is now offering a £500 reward for information leading to the return of the bike.
She said: “It is quite a rare bike, it’s one that was ridden in the Olympics and worth thousands of pounds.
“Not having it will really affect our chances in the competition so we really do want to find it if we can.”
