Reveller stuck in window dials 999

A LOCKED-OUT reveller dialled 999 on his mobile phone when he got stuck trying to climb through a window after a night out.

The red-faced 26-year-old man had to be freed by firefighters.

He rang the emergency services because he couldn't contact his housemate, who was inside the property in Lismore Road, Meersbrook, as he had no credit on his phone.

So he dialled the emergency number and told the fire service he'd got stuck as he tried to climb through a window.
