They were some of Doncaster's best-loved buildings - but they have one thing in common - they are no longer with us.

Everything from Doncaster Rovers' Belle Vue ground to the Main Grandstand at Doncaster Racecourse as well as factories, shops and scores of other buildings have all bitten the dust in the name of progress in the town centre in recent years.
