A ROCK band who recently performed at a Sheffield nightclub were involved in a crash when their tour bus plunged over a viaduct near Bath.
US punk band Baroness played at Corporation on Milton Street, Sheffield, on August 13.
They had been due to go on stage in Southampton but have had to cancel their tour after two of those on the bus sustained multiple fractures and seven others suffered minor injuries.
Keith Winson, the Corporation’s promotions manager, told The Star: “I’m absolutely gutted to hear about the crash and we wish the band all the best.”
He added: “We hope that anyone who is injured gets well soon.”
