Pub-goers can enjoy a January sale with cheaper food and drink at pubs around South Yorkshire.
Managers at JD Wetherspoon pubs are reducing the price on a number of drinks and meals from Wednesday, January 2, until Thursday, January 31.
Garry Carr, manager of The Blue Coat pub, said: “Department stores and shops hold their sales in January and I believe that given the choice of a trip to the shops or a sale at The Blue Coat, most people would prefer a visit to the pub!
“The sale will last the whole month, so there will be plenty of time for customers to enjoy food and drink at great prices.
“As always, staff at the pub will serve customers responsibly.”
The company’s participating pubs are offering a range of European beers, as well as up to eight real ales for less than £2 and reduced-price meals to choose from.
