A new pop-up cafe has opened in Sheffield city centre to help support the work of two good causes in the city.
Social enterprise Twin Cafe held its first event yesterday, Friday, in a building on Union Street currently used by independent businesses.
The weekly cafe will run each Friday, selling fair trade coffee from Nicaragua.
Sam Matthews, co-founder of Twin Café, said: “We ran a week-long pop-up café in the space in April and it was very successful - the ground floor has been fully refurbished since then.
“We’re really excited about providing people with ethical, locally produced food and drink in an interesting and unique space.”
Twin Café supports the 393 Youth Club in Hillsborough and Sheffield’s Roundabout charity for young homeless people.
