A search is underway for a Doncaster woman reported missing from home.
Barbara Brett, aged 50, was last seen at around 10.30pm yesterday by her son at her home in East Avenue, Woodlands.
At around 6am today, he found that his mother was missing and had taken only her coat with her.
Sergeant Rebecca Richardson said: “We are particularly concerned about Barbara’s welfare because she is prone to black outs and recently suffered a head injury during a car accident.
“As a result, her family is understandably concerned about her well-being and where she could be.”
Barbara is slim and has blonde, shoulder length hair.
She is believed to be wearing her pyjamas and a green parka-style coat with a fur-lined hood.
