POLICE are looking for a car which drove off after colliding with a taxi in Rotherham.
The car, believed to be a Ford Focus, was involved in a smash on Treeton Lane, Aughton, on Sunday, at about 1.45am, but failed to stop at the scene of the accident.
It was last seen driving off along Ulley Lane.
Police said a passenger in the taxi – a 28-year-old man – was injured in the collision and taken to Rotherham District General Hospital for treatment.
A police spokeswoman said: “Officers attended a road traffic collision on Treeton Lane, Aughton, Sheffield. What is believed to be a Ford Focus was travelling along Treeton Lane and through the junction.”
