Police have released a picture of a man they are trying to trace after two victims were injured in an asssault in Sheffield.

The incident took place outside a petrol station on East Bank Road, Arbourthorne.

Police said two men were injured in the incident - a 20-year-old who suffered a broken jaw, and another man, aged 21, who sustained a large gash to the back of his head.

A South Yorkshire Police spokeswoman said: “Police wish to speak to the man pictured as he may hold vital information about an assault which happened outside a petrol station in East Bank Road, Sheffield, at around 6.30am on Friday, November 1, 2013.”

Officers have already made one arrest in connection with the incident.

Witnesses, or anyone with information about the identity of the man in the image, should call South Yorkshire Police on 101.
