Police close road after car overturns in Sheffield

Police had to close off a road after a collision between two cars.

Emergency services were called out to Howard Road in Walkley after a collision which happened between the junctions of Dunscombe Street and Cromwell Street.

Police said a Honda Civic and a Audi A3 were involved in the crash and there are no serious injuries.

The road was closed in both direction where Howard Road meets South Road and reopened some hours later.

A South Yorkshire Police spokesman said: "Two vehicles were involved in a collision. An ambulance attended but there is nothing that has come back to say there has been any serious injuries."
