POLICE are growing increasingly concerned for the welfare of a 14-year-old girl who went missing from Meadowhall, Sheffield.
Brittany Johnson, who lives in Barnsley, was last seen in Meadowhall on Sunday December 2, at around 3.30pm. She was wearing a cream woolly hat with a black wool coat, beige leggings, and tan-coloured Timberland boots.
Brittany is described as black, of slim build with brown eyes and is approximately 5ft 6ins tall. Her hair is black, shoulder-length and wavy, as a result of wearing a weave. Brittany does not wear glasses and was wearing stud earrings in her ears.
Police are concerned as Brittany does not have any money or a mobile phone, and they believe she may have intended to travel to London, possibly by train.
Police would like any information regarding Brittany’s whereabouts that may help to locate her. Anyone with information should contact South Yorkshire Police on 101 quoting incident number BX/4451/2012.
