Police are appealing for help in identifying four men suspected of a burglary which saw a BMW stolen.

POLICE want to identify this youth after a £37,000 BMW was stolen from its owner’s driveway by thieves who broke into the house and stole the car keys.

The Star reported last month that the car was stolen from the home of James and Janet Bartholomew in Broom Road, Broom, Rotherham, between 8.30am and 3pm on January 21. The vehicle was later found abandoned in Intake, Sheffield.

A laptop and a flat screen TV were also taken.

South Yorkshire Police have now revealed four men in their early 20s were seen leaving the vehicle in Intake and captured on CCTV.

n Anyone with information about the burglary should call 101 quoting incident number 772 of 21/01/2013.
