Terrified members of staff were threatened with a knife during an armed robbery at a petrol station.

Police are appealing for help identifying the man following the incident at the Morrisons supermarket petrol station off Woodfield Way in Doncaster.

Staff at the petrol station were threatened with a knife and approximately £520 was stolen shortly after 9.30pm on Saturday evening.

The man is described as black, aged 20 to 30 years old, around 6ft tall and of slim build.

He was wearing a green padded jacket, blue jeans and was carrying a purple umbrella.
