Pensioners are set to get wild

Have your say

The Wildlife Trust for Sheffield and Rotherham is running monthly events aimed at over 65s.

Activities will take place in Centenary Riverside Nature Park, Rotherham, aiming to help conserve Centenary’s valuable meadow, riverside and pond habitats.

Run by the wildlife experts at Wildlife Trust and Rotherham & District Ornithological Society, the event will raise people’s wildlife identification skills.

Participants are encouraged to bring a packed lunch and suitable footwear for the events, being held on Wednesdays April 17, May 15 and July 17, between 10am and 2pm.
