Patients in Sheffield are being asked for their opinions on a new medical helpline.
An online survey has been set up by the NHS Sheffield Clinical Commissioning Group canvassing people’s views on the 111 telephone service.
Patients can call when they need help for urgent, but not life-threatening, conditions. Lead manager Paul Wike said: “We’re interested to hear from patients about how the new service is working in practice for them.”
