A ROLLING road closure will be in place in a South Yorkshire market town while armed forces veterans from the Royal British Legion hold a parade to mark the organisation’s 90th anniversary.
The temporary rolling road closure will be in effect in Penistone on Sunday, October 2, from 10.30am to 10.40am and again from noon to 12.10pm.
The closure affects St Mary’s Street, Market Street and Market Place.
The following day, Monday, October 3, Vernon Close at Worsbrough Common will be shut for four weeks. The closure is to allow road re-alignment work to take place.
