If the part of the economy’s shrinkage in the fourth quarter, caused by the bad weather, is excluded, then the economy in that period broke even (agreed by Labour).
It must therefore be obvious, even to a councillor, that the shrinkage in the fourth quarter was caused by the bad weather and therefore George Osborne’s summary of the situation was correct.
I know you’d like to ignore the deficit of £155 thousand million left by your party, but you must try to get your facts and conclusions right!
