Opera concert in the open air

SHEFFIELD City Opera will perform an open-air concert at Clumber Park on Saturday July 18 at 6.30pm.

Visitors will be able to enjoy a selection of well-known operatic arias, duets and choruses, together with a selection of the best music from operetta and musical theatre.

Spectators should take their own chairs, rugs and picnics for a programme that will include music from the great operatic composers and a preview of the company's forthcoming production of Puccini's 'La Boheme'.

Tickets are priced 14 for adults, 10 for children, and 38 for a family ticket. Call 01909 544 917.
