CONSTRUCTION firms in Sheffield are invited to meet officials from a consortium put together to build 2,300 new homes over the next 15 years.
Sheffield Housing Company is holding the event on Wednesday, November 23, at Don Valley Stadium from 9am to 5pm, giving businesses the chance to view proposals and see whether they can tender for any work.
Paul Devaney, commercial director for Keepmoat Homes, one of the organisations which make up the Sheffield Housing Company, said: “These events will provide a fantastic opportunity for local firms and service providers to maximise their chances of being involved in the project and make a significant contribution to Sheffield’s communities.
“Any local companies that would like to be part of this exciting regeneration scheme should come along.”
