FREEZING temperatures couldn’t deter loyal ‘One Direction’ fans who waited for hours outside Sheffield City Hall to catch a glimpse of the famous five ahead of their sell-out gig tonight.

Ticket-holding fans, and some that hadn’t been so lucky, began gathering at the venue’s stage door early this afternoon, desperate to get autographs and photos with the teen heart throbs.
