Team looking for more foster carers
Doncaster’s Fostering Team is holding another fostering information event at The Dome on Monday, February 25, between 5pm and 8pm.
The team is looking for people with a spare bedroom and the time to provide children with a caring and stable home. Foster carers and staff will be on hand to discuss the opportunities.
Green collection
Misterton Primary School is holding a recycling event starting after the half-term on Monday, February 25, when pupils will be collecting CDs and DVDs, jewellery, foreign currency, printer ink cartridges and old mobile phones.
They can all be sold to help raise money for the school and support its Green Award scheme.

The ladies of Misson and Springs Women’s Institute welcome guest speaker Patsy Rayner to their meeting next Wednesday evening when she will tell them Why The Japanese Are So Healthy.
Lunch time
Bessacarr Lunch Group will be holding their next meeting at the Flying Childers in Nostell Place at 12noon on Thursday, February 28.
