New allotments to meet demand
Tickhill Town Council’s advisory committee members have discussed the need for more allotments and a possible garden share scheme.
The council has given its support and as a result a piece of land has been identified at a reasonable cost that could be suitable for cultivation as allotments.

planning matters will be on the agenda when Sprotbrough and Cusworth Parish Council meets tomorrow at the Goldsmith Community Centre, Sprotbrough Road, from 7pm.
Free checks
Test Your Health nurses will be giving free cardiovascular checks at Tesco, Woodfield Plantation, and Lakeside Village tomorrow, from 10am.
