A DONCASTER man has been handed a four-week curfew by the town’s magistrates after admitting three offences relating to waste disposal.
Ashley Paul Jameson, aged 30, of Ascot Avenue, Cantley, must not leave his home between 8.30pm and 6am following his convictions for depositing controlled waste and failing to produced appropriate transfer documentation.
Paul Tetley, aged 60, of Scott Crescent, Edenthorpe, also admitted failing to produce his waste carrier’s licence registration number and transfer notes.
He was fined £150 and ordered to pay £150 costs and pay a £15 victim surcharge.
In March, unemployed Jameson was working off a debt to Tetley when he fly-tipped waste on Durham Lane in Armthorpe, which was quickly discovered by a Doncaster Cuncil enforcement officer.
Following an investigation by the authority, the crime was traced back to Jameson and Tetley.
