A new trampoline park opening in Rotherham has created 45 new jobs.

Jump Inc, based at Parkgate, received over 300 applications for the positions, which is set to be one of the biggest trampoline parks in the UK.

The site will boast over 140 interconnected trampolines, airbags, slam dunk nets and super trampolines with space for dodgeball, wall running, slam dunk nets, toddler sessions and fitness classes.

The purpose built park will operate seven days a week and will also have a cafe, viewing gallery and four party rooms.

Chris Hayes, who grew up in Handsworth and is the founder of Jump Inc, said: “We were overwhelmed by the number of extremely high quality candidates that applied for positions.

“From us offering 45 positions, 44 of those have already accepted our offer.

“We have got some great characters in our team now and we look forward to offering our customers out of this world customer service.

“We have tried to show our commitment to our new work colleagues by offering hourly contracts, which we thought was important to demonstrate our commitment and stay away from zero hour contracts.”
