The countdown is on to Doncaster’s newest family pub and restaurant which will open its doors early next month.
The House Martin on Wheatley Hall Road will be unveiled on August 5 - and the final touches are being put to the building, which has sprung up on part of the old Cooper Lighting factory site.
The pub will offer a range of hot meats throught its Milestone Carvery, as well as a number of other favourite pub dishes along with an extensive range of drinks.
The pub is currently nearing completion and the team running it are preparing to welcome locals through its doors.
“There’s only two weeks to go until we open and we are delighted to have our team on board and we can’t wait to welcome the community in to sample our extensive menu and to raise a glass to our opening,” said new pub manager Andy MacDonald.
Andy has worked for owners Marston’s for 18 years and this will be his third Milestone Carvery he will be managing.
