RESIDENTS are being invited to discuss community issues at a meeting of Sheffield Council’s north east community assembly.
Councillors are gathering in Burngreave ward from 6pm to 8pm today, at Pitsmoor Methodist Church, Burngreave Road, and are inviting members of the public to attend.
A spokeswoman for the assembly said: “Agenda items include Spital Hill and Ellesmere Green – with chance to hear about improvements and have a discussion about what should happen. There will also be news from the police, an update on the Northern General Hospital parking and introduction of alternate weekly bin collections.
“Councillors will also be discussing how the Community Assembly is funding work in the area.
“They will also be receiving petitions and public questions.”
