Having visited the B&Q store to purchase a gas fire we found that there was no one available to ask for advice.
So we bought the fire on my credit card, and probably should not have without an expert, as we were back to the store having discovered it was not suitable.
It was only then I realised that my refund would not go back into my account for seven to 10 working days.
Adding to the frustration, it took less than a minute to take it out in the first place.
