A MAN missing from home for more than four days has been found safe and well.
Christopher Elliott, aged 25, from Wybourn, Sheffield, was reported missing on Saturday. He was known to have withdrawn money from cash machines and caught a coach to South Shields to see a friend.
His partner Rachel Smith told The Star she was ‘distraught’, and said their one-year-old daughter Violet was ‘heartbroken’. “My daughter is screaming for her daddy at night,” she said. “He’s a fantastic and very loving father.”
Police issued an appeal for information and family and friends turned to social media networks, including Twitter, to publicise Christopher’s disappearance.
The former barman at The Drakehouse Mill pub in Waterthorpe, Sheffield, was found safe on Wednesday night.
