Doncaster Rovers have confirmed that a minute’s silence will be held prior to tonight’s FA Cup match at Weston-super-Mare in memory of the five Doncaster teenagers killed in a car crash.

Rovers players will also wear black armbands as a mark of respect.

Bartosz Bortniczak, 18, Blake Cairns, 16, Arpad Kore, 18, Jordanna Goodwin, 16, and Megan Storey, 16 - who were all from the Doncaster area - died following a collision on the A630 in Conisbrough on Saturday night.

A statement on Rovers’ official website said: “The club wish to extend their condolences to the family and friends of those who sadly lost their lives in the accident.

“The thoughts of everyone at the club are with them at this time.”
