Campaigners will address a Sheffield community on the bid to keep a library open.
Stannington and District Library Group is hosting a public meeting to update locals on the future of the facility, which looks set to become independent.
Volunteers banded together after the library was named on a hit-list of 15 which are facing closure across the city.
A business plan was submitted to Sheffield Council, which has since pledged public health cash towards maintenance costs.
Coun Mahzer Iqbal, Sheffield Council cabinet member responsible for communities, will be present at the meeting to answers questions from the public.
Bob Mynors, of Stannington and District Library Group, said: “The group will pass on information about the actions they have already taken and successes so far achieved and also comment on immediate needs and on future actions.”
