A driver has been taken to hospital following a crash in Sheffield city centre this morning.
The incident happened shortly before 9am just off Castle Square roundabout, after a red Ford Ka went into railings.
Police officers and paramedics were sent to the scene to help the male driver, who was taken to hospital for a check up.
A spokesman for South Yorkshire Police said the driver’s injuries are not thought to be serious.
The incident caused disruption in the city centre as the man was treated and the vehicle was moved.
There were still ‘heavy delays’ on bus routes running through the city centre this morning as a result of the incident.
