A man is today in a serious condition in hospital after a drive-by shooting in Sheffield.
The 27-year-old, who was shot in the leg, is being treated at the Northern General Hospital following the ‘targeted’ attack.
Police have been searching for clues at the scene of the incident, on Chadwick Road, Woodthorpe.
Detective Inspector Martin Tate said: “Initial enquiries suggest this shooting is targeted.
“There will be an increase in police presence around the area as we continue to investigate this serious incident.”
