Man arrested after 15-year-old boy stabbed in town centre

A man has been arrested after a 15-year-old boy was stabbed in the stomach.

The boy was on Bridgegate in Rotherham town centre when he was stabbed and has since been taken to hospital.

A 30-year-old man, who was also injured in the incident, has been arrested and bailed.

A South Yorkshire Police spokesman said the force is reviewing CCTV and urged anyone with information to come forward.
