Residents are being urged to give their views on rubbish and recycling collections - as new collection calendars have been delivered to households.
The latest calendars provide residents with their black bin, blue bin and blue box collection dates up to October 2014.
Sheffield Council and contractor Veolia have also included details of an online waste survey about the current waste and recycling service.
A Veolia spokeswoman said: “Residents are reminded the closing date for completing the survey is October 31, and we urge people to have their say before that date.
“Their views will be taken into account when the council updates its plan for dealing with Sheffield’s waste for the next five to 20 years.”
Coun Jack Scott, Sheffield Council cabinet member for environment, added: “We are suffering from huge cuts at the moment which have forced us to reduce some of the waste services we offer – such as moving to alternate week waste collections. We need to update our plans for managing Sheffield’s waste and recycling for the next five to 20 years.”
