Motorists are being warned of disruption affecting stretches of motorway in South Yorkshire.
Drainage and barrier works on the M1, between Junctions 32, at Thurcroft, and 35a, near Chapeltown, will continue every night until the end of October.
The worst disruption will take place between Junction 32 and 33, at Catcliffe, between 8pm and 6am, when two northbound lanes will be closed.
There will also be other overnight lane and slip-road closures in place along the stretch.
Meanwhile, the section of motorway between Junction 35a and Junction 36, at Tankersley, is to be resurfaced.
The northbound carriageway will be closed from Monday, until August 9, between 8pm and 6am on weekday nights only.
A short, signed diversion route will operate via the A616 and A61.
The Highways Agency is warning drivers using the M1 to allow extra time and take care on the affected sections of the motorway while work takes place.
