Boyband superstar Louis Tomlinson’s grandfather reportedly hired out two cinema screens for friends and family to watch One Direction’s new film ‘This Is Us’.
The band’s movie debut hit cinemas across the UK on Wednesday and the 21-year-old Bessacarr lad’s grandpa treated his close friends and family to a special showing.
He hired out two screens at the Vue Cinema in Doncaster to accommodate his loved ones.
Cinema manager Steve Pimperton said: “Louis’ granddad was clearly very proud of Louis’ achievements and was extremely keen to watch the film amongst friends and family at Vue Doncaster.
“He didn’t want Louis to know that he was planning this visit as he knew his grandson would have wanted to pay for the tickets.
“He was even so kind as to buy the cinema staff ‘thank you’ chocolates for placing the booking and helping to make the night such an enjoyable experience.”
