Long wait for crash claim
KYLE Sutherland, now aged 17, suffered whiplash in a car crash in 2003, and £1,500 compensation from the other driver's insurance was agreed in 2008.
But he's still waiting for the money, and his mum Kim Goodwin, 40, of Manor Lane, Wybourn, says she can't get through to her own solicitor, Jonathan Bridge, of Farleys in Manchester.
ACTION
MR Bridge, who says he is a partner with 20 years legal experience, sent an email.
It said: "This is a complex claim involving a child with various medical issues necessitating the involvement of different medical specialists and counsel may take some years to resolve."
