Locke Park attraction
VISITORS to Locke Park in Barnsley will step into a kaleidoscope of light and colour when the 'Architects of Air' come to visit on Saturday and Sunday July 11 and 12.
Levity II is an 800 square metre inflatable sculpture made of labyrinthine tunnels and spacious domes. It has exhibited around the world and it is hoped South Yorkshire visitors of all ages will take the opportunity to explore a sensual world of light and colour within its walls.
The sculpture opens to the public from 12noon to 8pm on the Saturday, and from 10am to 5pm on the Sunday. Admission is 2 per person, or 7.50 for a family ticket for five. Under threes get in free.
